A Torchlight style corgi pet! Not quite ready to dig into all the modding mumbo jumbo to get this in the game just yet, to say nothing of the animation and rigging, but hopefully someday soon!
YOU GOTTA PUSH MAN, YOU GOTTA BE RUTHLESS AND MAKE THEM LISTEN. Canada is TOO laid back that even our medical people just don’t give a shit unless you are bleeding out of you eyes because “we’re the doctors and you’re probably being paranoid” ARGH
Yes, oh man, I hate that so much.
I definitely had a few episodes in college where I thought Something Was Wrong, went to emergency and they ran a bunch of tests (i just have a heart murmur nbd) but never once did they tell me I was being paranoid. Not a single time. They did all they could to make sure things were fine and then sent me on my way.
Like, I know the American system was far from perfect, but everyone there was super excited about the new system because everyone gets it and it’s FREE. Everyone loves free shit and the word ‘free’ acts as blinders.
I’m trying to get Nick to call the office because WHAT IF IT GETS WORSE. IM HARDLY EVER HOMEEE
SERIOUSLY THOUGH MY DAD DIED BECAUSE THE MEDICAL SYSTEM HERE IS SUCH BULLSHIT “COME BACK IN TWO WEEK IF ITS STILL THERE” REPEAT AND RINSE UNTIL YOU ARE EITHER BETTER BECAUSE YOUR BODY JUST FOUGHT THE VIRUS ON ITS OWN OR IT’S TOO LATE. SCREAMS.
IM REALLY WORRIED SOMETHING LIKE THIS WILL HAPPEN
I seriously feel like his doctor won’t refer him until it gets worse. Nick has a horrifyingly high pain tolerance so if it gets really bad, it could literally be too late.
He had appendicitis a while back and went to walk-in and the doctor there was like it might be nothing, don’t eat anything and see how you feel tomorrow. It got worse and he went back to walk-in and the doctor was like okay maybe go to the hospital, so he walked all the way to the hospital with appendicitis and went into surgery.
EDIT: apparently his doctor has already referred him, and it’s his office that hasn’t called to schedule an appointment BUT STILL
What’s the point of having a doctor in this country if it 1) takes so long to actually get an appointment with them 2) when you do have that appointment it’s 5 minutes and they seem too busy to bother with you.
Then everyone just goes to walk-in and ends up waiting hours and hours to see someone.
NICK WAS USING MY COMPUTER IM GOING TO KILL HIM
my internet is so slow i’m literally going to die
i’ll draw a better one of him some day
